Tenancy Agreements Pubs UK

Pubco’s offer an easy entry to run your own pub through tenancy agreements.

These are usually lower up front costs to take the pub of your dreams but as many will tell you who have been down that road, it may not be cheap top stay in.

Typically you are paying for fixtures and fittings and stock but not for goodwill or a premium…incidentally there is little need to pay premium these days while the recession is still hurting. There are some great deals on the market without having to pay any premium.

I would encourage pub industry people to comment on tenancy agreements, your experiences, inform of which pubco’s are very good to deal with, and any advice you wish to submit to people looking to enter the pub industry.

What are the pros and cons of tenancy agreements?
